Experimenting with rustic, artisan style bread.
After proofing the batter overnight, here are
the loaves on final rising.

Lovely Sunday afternoon with L in the backyard
after a long walk and a short nap.

Bread cooling and the spicy spareribs to munch as well.
We ate the bread with baked brie - great first attempt. Thanks, G!
