We didn't make our Lucia buns until the afternoon
of St. Lucia Day. Started on the dough after work.
Then let the dough wait a little longer than normal
while MJ and G delivered presents, given by St.
Andrew's Cathedral, to three family's.
The wrapped container in the background hold
the frosting, powdered sugar, a touch of butter,
milk and almond extract.

The Lucia buns look absolutely wonderful. Have they all been eaten today?
3/4's of them were gone in the first 6 hours.
There were enough left for me to have a small one and a large one for breakfast on Friday morning, eaten enrout to work.
